Cecilia, Sketching Sasster, finalized the highly anticipated hand-lettered Sassterhood design shown here. Amazing, right?! Her intent was to emphasize the SASS of our group, while also giving each letter individual character like all the unique people that are a part of the Sassterhood. She's brilliant, and we love the design!
Thanks, Cecilia!

Cecilia, we are very fortunate to have a professional artist create a design especially for us. Thank you for expressing your talent in such an inspiring way! Ivan and I are leaving in the morning for Las Vegas and I intend to Sass it up the entire visit! We'll check in again on Saturday.
I just recently discovered these comments....despite my hours spent in front of a computer designing and exploring the internet I am behind the times when it comes to blogging...so my apologies for my slow response :)
I'm so happy you like the way the Sassterhood logo turned out...it wasn't my first idea but it definitely turned out to be the Sassy-ist....hehe...which made it so fun to work on...and I am honored that it is now officially part of the blog :)
I've been enjoying reading the blogs....your insight, observations and little bits of humor throughout your description of "Treatment Day" were beautifully written I felt like I was reading an excerpt from a novel...I really enjoyed your descriptions of the waiting rooms "Dr.Khan's waiting room has nineteen comfy upholstered chairs, fresh flowers, and one magazine" I had/have a vivid image of it in my head and how ironic 19 "comfortable" chairs but only one magazine!! I really think you could/should start writing a book...I'm sure other people "dancing" with cancer don't always see the humor in a "glamorous ID bracelet" an "elegant pink number" or simply a "warmed blanket"...keep on writing Center Sasster!!
